Rathmullan Sailing and Watersports Club (“the Club”) is a club located in Rathmullan, Co. Donegal and, as a Data Controller, is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal Data. This Privacy Statement applies to the Rathmullan Sailing and Watersports Club and this website and governs data collection and usage by the Club and by this website.

· To inform you about related events or offerings, connected to the Club,

· To process additional information which you may provide, when you contact us,
· To take photographs and video recordings, during Club training, courses, or events,

Children’s Data
Rathmullan Sailing and Watersports Club cares about your Data Privacy and Data Protection, and acknowledges the particular attention which must be paid to the protection of Children’s personal data. We collect limited children’s data for the purposes described above, and for the lawful bases described above. We require parent/guardian approval for Under 18s for all Club activities. Where we wish to publish photographs and video of children participating in Club activities to our Club website, or to media, we will do so only with the consent of parent/guardians.

We may use information about your health in limited circumstances, and in order to ensure your health and safety.
Accuracy of your personal information
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate,
complete and up-to-date. If you believe that the information we have about you is not
accurate, complete or up-to-date, we ask you to let us know.

Automated decision-making takes place when an electronic system uses Personal Data to make a decision without human intervention. You will not be subject to Automated decision-making by Rathmullan Sailing and Watersports Club.

We may contact you by mail, email, telephone or social media about our products and services and other events which might be of interest to you.
