Donegal and, as a Data Controller, is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal Data. Rathmullan Sailing and Watersports Club cares about your Data Privacy and Data Protection, and acknowledges the particular attention which must be paid to the protection of Children’s personal data. We collect limited children’s data for the purposes described above, and for the lawful bases described above. We require parent/guardian approval for Under 18s for all Club activities. Where we wish to publish photographs and video of children participating in Club activities to our Club website, or to media, we will do so only with the consent of parent/guardians.

We may use information about your health in limited circumstances, and in order to ensure your health and safety.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate,
